  • B-Cell CD20 Expression 096930

    2 analytes · Blood · Fasting not stated · Turnaround 3 - 4 days

    Method and collection
    Method
    Flow cytometry
    Collection
Invert tube 8 to 10 times immediately after collection. To preserve cellular viability, collect specimen so it will arrive in the laboratory within 72 hours of collection. Indicate date and time of venipuncture on the tube(s) and on the test request form.

  • T- and B-Lymphocyte Differential Profile 096917

    24 analytes · Blood · Fasting not stated · Turnaround 1 - 3 days

    Method and collection
    Method
    Flow cytometry
    Collection
Immediately invert the tube eight to 10 times after collection. To maintain cellular viability, collect the specimen in either a yellow-top tube (ACD-A or ACD-B) for arrival at the laboratory within 48 hours of collection, or a lavender-top (EDTA) tube for arrival at the laboratory within 24 hours of collection. Record the date and time of venipuncture on both the tube(s) and the test requisition form.

We compile this page from named laboratory catalogs, guidelines and studies. Labs calculate reference intervals from the people they test, for one assay method and one population group, so an interval describes that population rather than an optimal target.
